Orezul .... negru

OREZUL NEGRU sau ALIMENTUL  "INTERZIS"

E bine cand afli o informatie importanta s-o impartasesti si celorlalti. 

Daca macar 1% dintre cei care vor citi acest material, vor aplica in alimentatie invatatura de aici, atunci un pas important a fost facut. 

Un pas catre normal si natural, pentru ca numai naturale nu mai sunt : iaurtul cu termen de valabilitate 2 luni (care e mai mult promovat ca purgativ, pt. deconstipare {adica iaurt de kkt} decat ca un aliment), laptele care rezista in magazine 6 (sase) luni, rosiile fara gust, modificate genetic prin adaugire de
gene de peste antarctic pentru a rezista in frigider luni de zile (faceti experimentul cu rosiile in frigider si uitati de ele acolo- si o sa aveti confirmarea)

Orezul negru - mai este cunoscut si ca si orezul interzis pentru ca la origini, in China, era considerat orezul imparatului si nu era permis altcuiva (fara aprobare !!!) sa-l consume. 

Ce este cu adevarat incredibil este faptul ca orezul negru contine antioxidanti chiar mai mult (per portie) decat afinele, antioxidantii sunt renumiti pentru proprietatile anti-imbatranire. 

Orezul negru are mai multe vitamine, minerale si fibre deca¢t orice alt soi de orez. Culoarea neagra nu este artificiala si este rezultatul continutului ridicat de antocianina.

O lingura de orez negru contine mai multi antioxidanti sanatosi decat o lingura de afine. conform oamenilor de stiinta prezenti in vara lui 2010 la reuniunea nationala a American Chemical Society 
Antioxidantii antocianinei ajuta in special impotriva bolilor de inima si a cancerului. 

Mai multe studii au aratat ca acesti antioxidanti pot reduce inclusiv nivelul de colesterol LDL din sange (colesterolul rau).

Informatii nutritionale: o ceasca orez nefiert negru contine: 1,5 grame de grasimi, 34 grame de carbohidrati, 2 grame fibre, aprox. 160 de calorii.

 Orezul negru nu este lipicios sau dur, are un continut substantial de minerale si este o buna sursa de fier si o sursa importanta de aminoacizi. Vitamina B. este si ea prezenta dar in cantitatii mici.

Black rice (also known as purple rice or forbidden rice) is a range of ricetypes, some of which are glutinous rice. Varieties include but are not limited toIndonesian black rice and Thai jasmine black rice. Black rice is high in nutritional value and contains 18 amino acidsiron, zinc, copper, carotene, and several important vitamins[citation needed]. The grain has a similar amount of fiber to brown rice[1][unreliable source?] and like brown rice, has a mild, nutty taste. In China, black rice is claimed to be good for the kidney, stomach and liver[citation needed]; these claims have not been independently verified.
Black rice is a deep black color and usually turns deep purple when cooked. Its dark purple color is primarily due to its anthocyanin content, which is higher by weight than that of other colored grains but more limited in the number of different anthocyanin species present.[2][3] It is suitable for making porridge and it can also be used for making dessert, traditional Chinese black rice cake or bread.
Black rice was proclaimed as a 'superfood' worldwide largely thanks to an important piece of research by Dr. Zhimin Xu, titled "Black rice rivals pricey blueberries as source of healthful antioxidants". The research stated that “just a spoonful of black rice bran contains more health promoting anthocyanin antioxidants than are found in a spoonful of blueberries, but with less sugar and more fiber and vitamin E antioxidants". Several value-added products have since been launched using Black Rice. These include noodles and Black Rice Cracker Chips.
In Chinanoodles made from black rice have been produced.
Thai black jasmine rice, while not as prevalent as the white and brown varieties, adds more vibrant color to meals, as well as providing additional health benefits.[4]
